How to Request a Refund
All EdgeVPN subscriptions are purchased and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Since payments are processed by Apple and Google, refunds are also handled by them according to their respective refund policies.
Refund Through Apple App Store
If you purchased EdgeVPN on an iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with the Apple ID you used to make the purchase
- Find your EdgeVPN subscription or purchase
- Select "Request a Refund"
- Choose a reason for your refund request
- Submit your request
Apple typically reviews refund requests within 48 hours. For more information, visit Apple's refund support page.
Refund Through Google Play Store
If you purchased EdgeVPN on an Android device or Android TV:
- Open the Google Play Store app or visit play.google.com
- Tap your profile icon and go to Payments & subscriptions
- Find your EdgeVPN purchase
- Select "Request a Refund" and follow the prompts

Cancelling Your Subscription
Cancelling your subscription prevents future charges but does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period. To cancel:
- iOS: Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > EdgeVPN > Cancel
- Android: Open Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > EdgeVPN > Cancel
