Refund policy overview
All EdgeVPN subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Because payments are processed by Apple and Google, refunds are handled according to their respective refund policies.
How refunds work
Since EdgeVPN does not process payments directly, we do not handle refunds ourselves. Instead, you should request a refund through the app store where you made your purchase. Both Apple and Google have established refund processes that protect consumers.
How to request a refund
Follow the steps for your platform below:

Apple App Store (iOS / Apple TV)
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find your EdgeVPN purchase and select "Request a Refund"
- Follow Apple's instructions to complete your request

- Open the Google Play Store app or visit play.google.com
- Go to your account and find your EdgeVPN purchase
- Select "Request a Refund" and follow the prompts

Cancelling your subscription
Cancelling your subscription prevents future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. To cancel, manage your subscription through your device's App Store or Google Play Store settings.
